The Water Damage Restoration Process
As soon as the emergency call reaches our office, we gather the resources our team needs to get to the jobsite and start handling the problem as soon as possible.
As soon as we’re onsite, we carefully inspect the impacted area, determining the types of material affected, how far the water has reached, and whether or not you have a crawlspace that’s impacted by the water damage.
It’s our goal to restore as many of the materials as possible.
Before we start the work of recovery, we discuss the process in-depth with the customer. We want every customer to be 100% clear about our processes.
Once we’ve gotten the go-ahead from the customer, we begin the process of removing the water. When we feel confident that we’ve removed as much water as we can, we set up the drying equipment.
When the materials are dry, we start the process of cleaning and sanitizing. Often, we use an antimicrobial, which acts as a disinfectant and mold-inhibitor.
As soon as the area is clean, we move on to restoration.
There are two phases of our work: saving the materials from damage and putting those materials back into place when they’re fully dried. We’re able to assist our customers with either phase.
Our professionalism, our quality of work, and our experience make us the best choice for customers in Murfreesboro and its surrounding areas.
